Ashleigh - The Parlour Academy

Ashleigh Dering

Having worked and trained alongside internationally renowned stylists, Ashleigh is most inspired by the team that surrounds her. During her 10 years in the industry she has created an exciting career focused on color. Her most recent achievement was obtaining her Master Color Expert certification from Wella which only 208 hairdressers in the US are honored with.

For Ashleigh, hair is her canvas. She is able to use her creative eye and her master skills in color to bring a distinctive aesthetic to her clients, as well as a fresh approach to her education in the classroom setting.

From working behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week, to entering Wella Trend Vision and watching the national and international award competitions closely, she stays constantly connected to what is going on in trend and style in our ever-changing industry. Her keen eye for detail conveys how she translates what she sees into inspiring new ideas for hair color and she is passionate about sharing it with others.

Brooke - The Parlour Academy

Brooke Schoenborn

Brooke brings inspiration and creativity with her experience as a stylist and educator.  She has spent the last seven years instructing at The Parlour in Downtown Denver as well as the co-director of one of the leading artistic teams in her area. In 2014 she opened The Parlour Capitol Hill with her good friend and partner Estevan Garner. She has had a prominent role as Senior Artistic Director for GO 24/7 and UNITE for the last three years traveling across the country and Canada educating men’s trends and techniques. With an extensive background in mens grooming and fashion design she has a deep passion for making a lasting impression on the runway and in the classroom.
Estevan - The Parlour Academy

Estevan Garner

Using fashion and art as a backbone to his creativity, Estevan has been able to do hair around the world and can be found backstage at New York Fashion Week.  He has worked on such shows for fashion designers Helmut Lang and Hernan Lander.  Estevan has also been on stage at Unite Global Session the past three years showing everything from barbering to women’s cutting and up styling.  Estevan is an expert when it comes to editorial styling and barbering; he’s passionate about sharing his knowledge with other stylists so he can help strengthen their craft.
Julie - The Parlour Academy

Julie Mustoffa

Julie has been working behind the chair since 1982.  She started her  educational path in1985, and has been a dynamic leader, motivator and educator ever since. She came to the Parlour as the second person hired in 1989 and has been a pinnacle educator and influence with the creation of the Parlour education programs ever since. Her teaching experience is vast, teaching nationally and internationally in salons, at trade shows, in private seminars as well as large venues sharing the stage with some of the industries biggest icons! Along with platform work, Julie has been the talent on many instructional haircutting/hairstyling CD’s. She has been instrumental in creating hair collections and the lead stylist hired for numerous photo-shoots. Julie is active in NYFW and has been the lead stylist on numerous NYFW shows.  With her diverse expertise and love for hairdressing, Julie shares how to bring out the perfect shape for each individual. She mixed foundational techniques with fashion interpretation to achieve the ultimate results.  Her highly technical background coupled with her creative energy enables her to help each individual find their personal style. Additionally, Julie has been published in several industry-leading magazines, including Modern Salon, Salon Today, Passion, 303 magazine and Bloom Magazine. Her latest accomplishments; Southwest Hairdresser of the Year 2015 Avant Garde catagory and placing Gold  at the Wella Trend Vision Regional Color competition 2014.

Lyndsay - The Parlour Academy

Lyndsay Von Dietrich

Growth and inspiration drive Lyndsay’s career as a stylist and educator. She has spent the last 10 years demonstrating Women’s and Men’s Haircutting and Hair Color in the advanced training program to the up and coming youth of the Parlour. Lyndsay’s passion for knowledge is so great, that in 2015,  she took the journey of a lifetime to become a Wella Master Color Expert. Her expertise in the classroom and her desire to evolve has not only made her a driving force in education at the Parlour, but a true leader.

Stacey Joyce

“Continuing education is, in my opinion,  the most important thing we as hairstylists can do to keep motivated, inspired and successful.” Stacey has been involved in some aspect of education since she began her career 20 years ago. She chose to work at The Parlour because of their commitment to advanced education and quickly became the head of their education program. From there she was given the opportunity to work for product companies as an international platform artist, creating collections, traveling the world training other stylists, doing editorial fashion shoots and working backstage at multiple New York Fashion Week and LA Fashion week shows. Her experience as a stylist and salon owner give her a unique perspective. She is most passionate about being a part of a group of like minded, education driven stylists, sharing new ideas and collaborating on greatness!
