What inspires/motivates me in the industry:

Fashion brings me the most inspiration in my work. It’s constantly changing and morphing into what’s going to be the new look for the season. I believe that we are in an industry of fashion and not beauty. Fashion is the life blood for the change in look that we all in some way, shape, or form welcome into our lives.

What I am happiest doing:

I love being outdoors and enjoying the beauty that Colorado has to offer.

What I love most about The Parlour:

Working with some of the most talented people I have ever met has made my entire career at The Parlour the most enjoyable experience! The Parlour has so many educational opportunities that everyone is involved in. We pride ourselves on customer service and making sure everyone is taken care of as if they were family, stylist and guest alike.

If old people ever complain about the work ethic of the younger generations, they haven’t met Estevan. Nobody can outwork him and nobody has his style. Estevan is an educator, leads the design team and we know he’ll do great things as the co-owner of the Capitol Hill location.
