Our Story – About The Parlour Ft. Collins
Nine years after opening in Boulder, The Parlour came to Fort Collins. That was 1998, and Northern Colorado had a community that was ready for this kind of salon, and Michelle Smotherman was the right person to build it.
Michelle has led the Fort Collins location from the beginning, and the salon’s reputation in the city reflects that continuity. Twenty-seven years of the same partner, the same commitment to craft, and the same investment in the stylists who work here. The team culture is strong, and clients notice.
Located on East Mountain Avenue, one block from the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, the salon is as central to the city as any business can be. Old Town is walkable, independent, and genuinely proud of what it is. And The Parlour Fort Collins fits that spirit without effort.
