Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us; we reserve them, especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary especially during times like now; therefore, we request you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can contact standby clients on our waiting list.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
No-Refund Policy
The Parlour’s advanced education program and consistent ongoing education shows our teams dedication to being the best in our industry. We love what we do and spend a great deal of time getting better every year for you. With each appointment we allot time for a detailed consultation so that we may listen to your hopes and expectations for the service. This ensures that we can provide a positive service result.
All sales are final. However, we would be happy to offer a complementary service correction to be performed within seven days of the original service. Should you like to request a corrections appointment to be scheduled please contact the salon on-site manager.
