Things to Know
Located in Northwest Denver and part of the historic district of Highlands Square, this Parlour salon features a fusion of late mid-century and early 70′s design.
The design was inspired by a chair in the lobby that was a family heirloom of Phil Lombardo’s – The Parlour Highland Partner. Educated at the Tony&Guy Academy in Denver, Phil has been a member of The Parlour team since 1996. Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of his father, owning his own salon was always his plan in life.
Growing up in Lakewood, The Highlands neighborhood was an old stomping ground for Phil. “We used to go to the drive-in at Sheridan and 17th. We would ride our big wheels around Sloan’s Lake and spend time at Elitch’s when it was on 38th and Tennyson. The intersection of 32nd and Lowell always felt very European or San Francisscan! I love the shops at Highlands Square as they are all locally-owned and it truly feels like a little oasis in the city – urban and independent!” The Parlour Highlands’ swanky décor, sophisticated feel, yet family-centric staff and clientele give it just right touch for the Highlands neighborhood.
The Parlour Highlands has a great patio that clients can enjoy while waiting or processing.
The team eats lunch together from 1-2 everyday. Just like the Europeans!
Parking
Free street parking is available in the West Highlands area near the salon with 2-hour limits. Please note, some neighborhood streets are permit only during specific times.
