What inspires/motivates me in the industry:

I am most inspired and motivated by my clients and coworkers. Every time I’m with a client, I’m trying to outdo what I’ve done before. I love to hear, “This is my favorite color we’ve done!”. That’s what motivates me. My coworkers unknowingly educate and inspire me every day. I look around at the beautiful work that comes out of our salon and I’m pushed to be better tomorrow than I am today.

What I am happiest doing:

I’m happiest when I’m spending an evening outside playing with my little boy, watching him learn about the world.

Additional industry involvement:

I’m a part of our education team at The Parlour.

What I love most about The Parlour:

I love that The Parlour doesn’t conform to what hair salons are often thought to be. We value education, creative freedom, professionalism, respect, kindness and having lots of laughs while creating amazing heads of hair.

Christy’s clients are as dedicated to her as she is dedicated to her craft.  And we are dedicated to finding out where she gets all her awesome shoes!
