What inspires/motivates me in the industry:

I attended college for photography. I loved the mix of sience and art. I loved pushing people to see the best in themselves. When I realized photography was not the right career choice for me I was motivated to find a similar path. Hair/make up was the perfect thing for me! Art meets science. Connecting with people. Building a relationship with clients and coworkers! It is an industry that is constantly evolving with fashion and technology! I love it!

What I am happiest doing:

I’m the happiest connecting with others. Whether it is with my wonderful family or a new person in my chair, I find so much joy in getting to know someone else and hear their story. I’m so fortunate that my career has led to lots of that!

Additional industry involvement:

I currently help lead the Wedding Team. We provide the most up to date education on hair and makeup. I used to teach the color part of our program.

What I love most about The Parlour:

The Parlour has been a perfect match for my career desires and goals. The team is always looking for ways to grow and better ourselves! We are a family!

Wherever Libby is, it’s better. Her family, her friends, The Parlour all have Libby’s DNA imprinted in them. Lucky us!
