What inspires/motivates me in the industry:

I’m motivated by the chance to truly care for my clients and help them feel confident and beautiful when they leave the salon. I love being part of an industry where you can make someone’s day better through creativity and connection. Building day-to-day relationships with my clients, being there for them on a personal level, and helping grow their confidence means so much to me. I’m also inspired by all the possibilities in the hairstyling industry and the positive impact it can have on people.

What I am happiest doing:

I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my family and friends. Most of my free time is spent planning game nights, catching up, or enjoying peaceful dinners together, which are some of my favorite moments. I also love reading during my alone time, especially books that take me into different worlds or focus on personal growth. Being there for the people I care about and making meaningful memories with them is something that’s really important to me.

What brought me to The Parlour:

What brought me to The Parlour was how much they value continuing education along with caring for their clients. I love that the team is always encouraging each other to keep learning, growing, and improving, and that education is such an important part of the culture here. It was really important for me to be somewhere that truly cares about the experience clients have and making them feel welcomed, cared for, and confident when they leave. I also feel really lucky to work with such an amazing group of people who make it such a positive and supportive place to be.
