What we do for weddings
Bridal trials. The trial is where the plan comes together. Bring photos of dresses, hair inspiration, your veil or accessories if you have them, and any thoughts on your makeup direction. We’ll test one or two looks together and adjust in the chair. Expect to leave with a written record of exactly what we did so we can recreate it on the day.
Day-of bridal styling. On the wedding day itself, we set aside proper time for you, without rushing you or cutting corners on the finish. We build in a buffer because weddings always run a little different than the timeline.
Wedding party bookings. Your bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, flower girls, and anyone else in your party. We can book the group in-salon in blocks so nobody feels squeezed. Tell us your party size when you inquire and we’ll build a schedule that works.
Bridal hair and makeup. Bridal makeup is available alongside your hair booking. Some brides book only hair, some book hair and makeup together, and some add makeup for members of the wedding party. We’ll build the plan you actually want, not upsell you.
Elopements. Small, simple, and often more meaningful than the full production. We do bridal hair for elopements with the same care we bring to a hundred-guest wedding. All couples are welcome here: all gender identities, all backgrounds.
Pricing, and Boulder venues
Wedding work is priced by consultation. Cost depends on what’s booked (trial, day-of, wedding party, makeup add-ons), how many people we’re styling, and the length of the appointment. We give you a written quote before anything is confirmed, and we don’t add surprise charges the week of. Trials and services can be booked in advance and paid at the appointment.
Boulder has a very wide range of wedding venues, from downtown to the foothills to the wider Front Range and Northern Colorado. Our team is experienced with weddings at Boulder venues of every kind, indoor and outdoor, formal and relaxed. Tell us where you’re getting married when you inquire and we’ll factor that into the plan (humidity in a canyon, wind on an overlook, indoor lighting versus outdoor light for your photos). The relationship after the wedding
Most of our brides become regulars. That’s the part we love. You come in stressed, we get you through your wedding, and then we get to keep doing your hair for the rest of your life in Colorado. As soon as you have a date. Trials typically happen one to three months before the wedding, and Boulder wedding season fills up early, so getting on the calendar early gives you the widest choice of stylist and time.
